Massachusetts Code § 128-110

Economic factors

Section 110. In carrying out the purposes of said sections one hundred and two through one hundred and fifteen, the commissioner may take into consideration any and all facts available to him with respect to the following economic factors:
(a) the quantity of such fresh and processed apples available for distribution;
(b) the quantity of such fresh and processed apples normally required by consumers;
(c) the cost of producing such fresh and processed apples;
(d) the purchasing power of consumers;
(e) the level of prices of commodities, services and articles which the farmers commonly buy;
(f) the level of prices of other commodities which compete with or are utilized as substitutes for such fresh and processed apples.
