Section 1. As used in this chapter the following words shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the following meanings:- ''Area median income'', income as determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. ''Department'', the executive office of housing and livable communities. ''Fund'', the Capital Improvement and Preservation Trust Fund established in section 2.
