Section 1. As used in this chapter the following words shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the following meanings:— ''Area median income'', income as determined, from time to time, by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. ''Department,'' the executive office of housing and livable communities. ''Fund'', the Housing Stabilization and Investment Trust Fund established in section 2.
