Section 1. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:- ''Agency'', the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, established by section 3 of chapter 708 of the acts of 1966. ''Committee'', the advisory committee established by section 4. ''Fund'', the Affordable Housing Trust Fund established by section 2.
