Record of proceedings by board of registration of nursing home administrators; register of applicants; status as evidence

Section 114. The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and an official register of all applicants for examination for a license to practice nursing home administration in this commonwealth, which register shall show (a) the name, age, and residence of each applicant; (b) the date of the application; (c) the place of business of such applicant; (d) his educational and other qualifications; (e) whether or not an examination was required; (f) whether the applicant was rejected; (g) whether a certificate of licensure was granted; (h) the date of the action of the board; and (i) such other information as may be deemed necessary by the board. The records of the board shall be prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board set forth therein, and a transcript thereof, duly certified by the secretary of the board under seal, shall be admissible in evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced.
