(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Commercial use airport" means any publicly or privately owned airport at which: (1) Landing or tie down fees are charged; (2) Aviation fuel or oil is sold; (3) Space is rented; (4) Goods or services are sold; or (5) Any other activity is carried on for remuneration. (c) "Public use airport" means any publicly or privately owned airport that is open to flight operations by the public.
