(a) The Administration may:
(1) Report to the appropriate federal agencies and agencies of other
states:
(i) All proceedings instituted for an alleged violation of §§ 5-
1002 and 5-1006 of this title; and
(ii) All penalties imposed on the owners or operators of aircraft
or other persons for violations of the aeronautics laws of this State or violations of
any rule, regulation, or order of the Administration;
(2) Receive reports of penalties and other information from these
agencies; and
(3) If necessary, contract with these agencies for the delivery, receipt,
exchange, and use of reports and information.
(b) The Administration may make the reports and information of the
federal agencies, the agencies of other states, and the courts of this State, available
to any court of this State or to any State or local officer of this State who is authorized
to enforce the aeronautics laws of this State.
