(a) A passenger-type vehicle may not be driven on any highway while carrying any load that extends beyond the line of the fenders on the left side of the vehicle. (b) A passenger-type vehicle may not be driven on any highway while carrying any load that extends more than 6 inches beyond the line of the fenders on the right side of the vehicle.
