Section TR-16-901

This subtitle applies only to an individual who displays a driver's license issued
by the U.S. Department of State to a police officer or who otherwise claims
immunities or privileges under Title 22, Chapter 6 of the United States Code with
respect to the individual's violation of Title 2, Subtitle 5, § 2-209, or § 3-211 of the
Criminal Law Article, or a moving violation under the vehicle laws or regulations of
this State or any local authority.
