(a) A commercial driver's license training school shall include as part of its curriculum education and training on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking. (b) The Administration shall: (1) Include as part of its Commercial Driver's License Manual content on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking; and (2) Provide to an applicant renewing a commercial driver's license information from the Manual on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking.
