(a) A manufacturer may not transfer any new recreational vehicle to any dealer or distributor in the State unless the manufacturer is licensed by the Administration under this subtitle. (b) A distributor may not transfer any new recreational vehicle to any dealer in the State unless the distributor is licensed by the Administration under this subtitle. (c) A person may not conduct the business of a factory branch of a recreational vehicle manufacturer unless the person is licensed by the Administration under this subtitle.
