(a) In this section, "Division of Correction" means the Division of Correction of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. (b) The Administration shall issue an identification card under § 12-301 of this subtitle at no cost to an individual who applies for an identification card and presents: (1) An identification card issued by the Division of Correction that displays: (i) The individual's full name; (ii) A photograph of the individual; and (iii) A unique identification number assigned to the individual by the Division of Correction; and (2) The individual's Social Security card.
