"Pole trailer" means a vehicle that: (1) Has no motive power; (2) Is designed to be towed by another vehicle and attached to the towing vehicle by a reach or pole or by being boomed or otherwise secured to the towing vehicle; and (3) Ordinarily is used to transport long or irregularly shaped loads, such as poles, pipes, or structural members generally capable of sustaining themselves as beams between the supporting connections.
