"Name" means: (1) True or legal name; (2) In the case of an individual, the name given at birth to the individual by his parents, or as changed under the common law of this State or any other state, by marriage, or by court order; and (3) In the case of an individual party to an absolute divorce, the individual may elect to use any legal or true name previously used by the individual if this name is used consistently and nonfraudulently.
