An employee may not: (1) receive more than a total of 2,080 hours of leave from the Leave Bank and the Leave Donation Program; or (2) use leave from the Leave Bank, the Leave Donation Program, or both for any continuous period that, when combined with all other forms of paid leave, exceeds 16 months.
