(a) The Trust shall consist of the following voting members: (1) the Governor; (2) the President of the Senate; (3) the Speaker of the House of Delegates; (4) the Secretary of General Services; and (5) the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust. (b) The Trust shall consist of the following advisor nonvoting members: (1) the Director of the Baltimore Museum of Art; (2) the Director of the Maryland Historical Society; (3) the Director of the St. Mary's City Commission; (4) the Director of the Talbot County Historical Society; (5) the Director of the Walters Museum of Art; (6) the Director of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts; (7) the Chairman of the History Department of the University of Maryland, College Park Campus; (8) the Horticulturist from the Paca House and Gardens; (9) the State Archivist; and (10) up to three members of the general public appointed by the Governor. (c) A voting or nonvoting member may designate another individual to represent the member at the Trust.
