(a) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Commission shall:
(1) represent the State in the National Conference;
(2) meet with representatives of other states in the National
Conference;
(3) draft uniform laws and model acts for submission to and adoption
by the states;
(4) recommend the best action to accomplish uniformity in
legislation; and
(5) otherwise seek the best means to obtain uniformity in the laws of
the states.
(b) (1) Before each regular session of the General Assembly, the
Commission shall submit an annual report:
(i) to the Governor; and

(ii) subject to § 2-1257 of this article, to the General Assembly.
(2) The annual report shall:
(i) describe the activities of the Commission; and
(ii) include recommendations on appropriate subjects.
