(a) A video lottery facility may operate 24 hours a day. (b) A video lottery operation licensee shall be responsible for all marketing, advertising, and promotion for its video lottery operation. (c) Any State lottery games that are offered by or through the Commission may be offered for sale at a video lottery facility in the State.
