(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Subcabinet" means the Sustainable Growth Subcabinet. (c) "Sustainable growth policy" means the State Economic Growth, Resource Protection, and Planning Policy set forth in § 5-7A-01 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
