In performing its responsibilities in or on the premises of any State building, the Commission shall seek the advice of: (1) the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates for any State building used by the Legislative Branch of the State government; (2) the Governor for any State building used by the Executive Branch of the State government; and (3) the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland for any State building used by the Judicial Branch of the State government.
