(a) In this section, "county office of civil rights" means the county office
responsible for responding to complaints alleging discrimination in a county.
(b) This section applies only to:
(1) Anne Arundel County;
(2) Baltimore City;
(3) Baltimore County;

(4) Howard County;
(5) Montgomery County; and
(6) Prince George's County.
(c) On or before October 1 each year, each county office of civil rights, or
other appropriate agency, shall report the following information to the Commission:
(1) the number of complaints received alleging discrimination in
employment; and
(2) for each complaint received:
(i) the type of discrimination alleged;
(ii) the category of job held by the complainant;
(iii) whether the complainant is a public sector employee or a
private sector employee;
(iv) the complainant's country of origin; and
(v) whether the appropriate agency determined that a
violation occurred.
