The Department shall: (1) annually make: (i) a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of each civil officer whom the Governor appointed during the preceding calendar year; and (ii) a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of each civil officer whose term expires during the current calendar year; (2) (i) send a copy of each list to each member of the General Assembly; and (ii) make the lists available to any person who requests them; and (3) include on the lists only civil officers whom the Governor appoints, subject to the approval of the Senate or the House of Delegates.
