(a) In this section, "Force" means the Legislative Security Force. (b) There is a Legislative Security Force. (c) The Force consists of the members of the Department of State Police who are assigned for duty with the General Assembly. (d) Under the guidance of the presiding officers of the General Assembly, the Force shall maintain order during the conduct of the legislative process.
