(a) In this section, "restricted individual" has the meaning stated in § 5- 501.1 of the General Provisions Article. (b) The Department of General Services shall include with each notice of a procurement published on eMaryland Marketplace on or after October 1, 2025, a check-off box to indicate an ownership interest by the Governor or a restricted individual in the bidder or offeror as reported under § 5-501.1 of the General Provisions Article.
