(a) If any part of the land is located within another county and the petitioner desires that the lien attach to the land in that county, the petitioner shall file a certified copy of the docket entries, of the court order, and of any required bond with the clerk of the circuit court for that county. (b) A lien attaches to the land or building in a county as of the time the documents required to be filed under subsection (a) of this section are filed with the clerk of the circuit court of that county.
