Subject to § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, on or before December 1 of each year the Commission shall report to the General Assembly on the status of implementation of this subtitle, including: (1) the availability of Tier 1 renewable sources; (2) projects supported by the Fund; (3) information regarding the status of the Small Solar Energy Generating System Incentive Program established under § 7-709.1 of this subtitle, including the total amount of generating capacity of the systems certified under the Program; and (4) other pertinent information.
