(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Minority business enterprise" has the meaning stated in § 14-301 of the State Finance and Procurement Article. (c) "Office" means the Office of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion established under § 20-203 of this subtitle.
