(a) The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director. (b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Commission. (c) The Executive Director shall: (1) direct and coordinate the technical staff, except public utility law judges, of the Commission; and (2) perform the other duties that the Commission prescribes.
