A court may: (1) compel compliance with an order of the Board or Commission regulations governing conflicts of interest, financial disclosure, lobbying, or ethics in public contracting by: (i) issuing an order to cease and desist from the violation; or (ii) granting other injunctive relief; and (2) impose a fine not exceeding $5,000 for a violation of this title or Commission regulations governing conflicts of interest, financial disclosure, lobbying, or ethics in public contracting.
