(a) The Commission shall adopt regulations to ensure that transportation network companies and operators are making reasonable efforts to make transportation network services accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities. (b) The regulations adopted by the Commission under subsection (a) of this section shall provide for: (1) the transportation of passengers with service animals; (2) the accessibility of websites and mobile applications used to provide transportation network services; (3) the reasonable accommodations necessary to serve individuals with disabilities; and (4) the provision of information to an operator by a transportation network company related to the requirements of federal and State laws related to antidiscrimination.
