When evaluating and approving a builder's overall site development and
construction plans, the cost of the builder's installation of fast response residential
fire sprinkler systems shall be considered by:
(1) local building officials;
(2) local fire chiefs;
(3) the State Fire Prevention Commission;
(4) the State Fire Marshal;
(5) fire administrators with responsibility for code enforcement; and
(6) in Baltimore City, the Chief of the Fire Department.
