(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Central Repository" has the meaning stated in § 10-101 of the Criminal Procedure Article. (c) "Commission" means a special police commission issued under this subtitle. (d) "Secretary" means the Secretary of State Police. (e) "Special police officer" means an individual who holds a commission issued under this subtitle.
