(a) The Department shall collect, analyze, and disseminate information about the occurrence of motor vehicle accidents in the State. (b) The Motor Vehicle Administration, State Highway Administration, State Postmortem Examiners Commission, commissions concerned with highway safety, and law enforcement agencies of the State shall provide information about the occurrence of motor vehicle accidents in the State to the Department at the times and in the form that the Secretary requires by rule.
