A license issued under this subtitle may be revoked by the State Fire Marshal for: (1) a ground specified under § 11-107 of this subtitle for denying an application for a license; or (2) a violation of regulations adopted by the State Fire Prevention Commission to regulate the use, handling, and storage of explosives.
