Colleges and universities may: (1) Contract with the Trust to carry out Corps Program work; (2) Assign to the Trust resources to assist in its Corps Program work, development, and activities; and (3) Assign faculty and staff to the Trust for the purpose of carrying out or assisting with Corps programs.
