(a) The Department may lease land owned or managed by the Department to a person implementing practices that support healthy soils and regenerative practices and traditions. (b) (1) The lease term may be for a minimum of 10 years. (2) The lease shall require the lessee to comply with all applicable State and federal laws and regulations. (c) The Department shall consult with the Department of Agriculture on the development of a template for leases entered into under this section.
