(a) The 1,310 acres of land in Baltimore County delineated on maps filed in the office of the Secretary as Black Marsh, being owned by the State shall be: (1) Designated as the North Point State Park; and (2) Held by the State as a State park under the protection and administration of the Department. (b) Any use that may occur in the North Point State Park shall be subject to all applicable laws, including the applicable sections of the Critical Areas Law under Title 8, Subtitle 18 of this article. (c) If the Department uses pest management controls in the North Point State Park, it shall give priority consideration to the use of natural controls as an alternative to other pest management controls.
