(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) (1) "Business" means a lawful activity conducted primarily: (i) for the purchase, sale, lease, or rental of property; (ii) for the manufacture, processing, or marketing of products or other personal property; (iii) for the sale of services to the public; or (iv) by a nonprofit organization. (2) "Business" does not include a farm operation. (c) "Displaced", with respect to a person, means moving from real property, or moving the person's personal property from real property: (1) wholly or partly as a result of the Commission's acquisition of the real property; or (2) as the result of a written order of the Commission to vacate the real property for a public works program or project the Commission undertakes. (d) "Farm operation" means an activity that: (1) is conducted primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products, including timber, for sale or home use; and (2) customarily produces those products in sufficient quantity to be able to contribute materially to the operator's income. (e) "Relocation payment" means a payment the Commission makes to a displaced person in accordance with this part.
