An employee or an employee organization or its agents or representatives may not: (1) interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce, or discriminate against an employee in the exercise of the employee's rights under this subtitle; (2) cause or attempt to cause the Commission to discriminate against an employee in violation of § 16-312(a)(3) of this subtitle; (3) refuse to engage in collective bargaining in good faith with the Commission as required by § 16-307(d)(2) of this subtitle if the employee organization has been certified as the exclusive representative of employees in the bargaining unit in accordance with § 16-305 of this subtitle; (4) engage in a strike in violation of § 16-315(a) of this subtitle; or (5) fail to comply with any provision of this subtitle.
