(a) A request for judicial review by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City may be filed by any person, taxpayer, or officer or unit of Baltimore City aggrieved by: (1) a decision of the Board; or (2) a zoning action by the City Council. (b) The judicial review shall be in accordance with Title 7, Chapter 200 of the Maryland Rules. (c) This section does not change the existing standards for judicial review of a zoning action.
