(a) The Commission may receive into evidence all or any part of a transcript
of an investigation if the transcript was made by a stenographer appointed by the
Commission and the stenographer certifies under penalties of perjury that the
transcript is correct.
(b) A transcript introduced into evidence under subsection (a) of this section
has the same effect as if the stenographer were present and testified to the facts
certified.
(c) On request and payment of a fee in the amount set for a transcript from
a circuit court, a copy of the transcript shall be provided to any party in interest.
