(a) As soon as practicable after the end of the fiscal year, the Chairman of the Commission shall submit an annual report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly. (b) The annual report shall include: (1) any suggestions to improve the administration of this title; (2) a detailed statement of receipts and disbursements of the Commission; and (3) statistical analyses of: (i) the costs of workers' compensation; (ii) experiences; and (iii) industrial injuries.
