If a policy covers a spouse or other household member of the family of the policyholder: (1) cancellation of the policy of an insured whose driver's license is suspended or revoked does not result in the cancellation of the coverage of the spouse or other family member whose driver's license is not suspended or revoked; and (2) the Fund shall reclassify the rate of risk of the spouse or other family member for the purpose of setting the premium.
