Maryland Code § IN-11-231

Section IN-11-231

A person may not willfully withhold information from or knowingly give false
or misleading information to the Commissioner, a statistical agency designated by
the Commissioner, a rating organization, or an insurer if the information will affect
the rates or premiums chargeable under this subtitle or the proper issuance of an
insurance contract, policy, or guarantee of insurance.
