The Commissioner may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle, including regulations concerning: (1) the form and content of required disclosures to shared vehicle drivers; (2) the training requirements for employees and authorized representatives of a peer-to-peer car sharing program; and (3) the qualifications of the individuals who provide training for employees and authorized representatives of a peer-to-peer car sharing program.
