A local management board may be composed of: (1) public and private community representatives who share the responsibility for implementing a community-based, interagency, family-focused service delivery system for children, youth, and families; (2) a senior representative or department head of the: (i) local health department; (ii) local office of the Department of Juvenile Services; (iii) core service agency or local behavioral health authority; (iv) local school system; and (v) local department of social services; (3) family members or family advocates; and (4) youth or youth advocates.
