(a) The Children's Cabinet shall meet not less than four times a year in open session to discuss matters related to State needs for children, youth, and families. (b) The Special Secretary shall chair the Children's Cabinet. (c) The Office shall staff the Children's Cabinet. (d) On or before December 1, 2024, and each December 1 thereafter, the Children's Cabinet shall submit a report, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly on the Children's Cabinet meetings in the prior year and activities planned in the upcoming year.
