(a) Six members of the Board are a quorum. (b) The Board shall meet at least quarterly or more often as necessary to carry out its duties efficiently. (c) A member: (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations as provided in the State budget. (d) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a member may not financially benefit directly or indirectly from the activities of the Fund. (e) The Department shall provide staff to the Board.
