(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Board" means the Interagency Disabilities Board. (c) "Commission" means the Maryland Commission on Disabilities. (d) "Department" means the Department of Disabilities. (e) "Disability" has the meaning stated in the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. § 12102. (f) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Disabilities. (g) "Unit of State government" means a department, agency, office, commission, council, or other unit in the Executive Branch of the State government.
