(a) There is a State-funded Temporary Disability Assistance Program in the Department. (b) The primary purpose of the Program is to provide assistance to low- income disabled adults who are ineligible for other categories of assistance. (c) The Program shall be: (1) in effect in each county; and (2) administered by the local departments in accordance with regulations that the Administration adopts.
